Privacy policy
This policy explains what the Mathly app ("Mathly", "we") collects, why, and the choices you have. Mathly is made by Ignite Tech. Contact: ignitetech.care@gmail.com.
The short version
- You can play every puzzle and bot duel without an account. That progress stays on your phone.
- Online features (usernames, duels with people, friends, leagues, leaderboards, cloud save) are optional and only start when you turn them on.
- Mathly has no ads, no in-app purchases, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and no chat.
- We never sell your data.
- You can delete your account and online data from inside the app at any time.
1. Data that stays on your device
Your levels, stars, scores, streaks, achievements, coins, settings and performance history are stored on your phone. If you don't use online features, none of this leaves your device.

Mathly does not collect your location, contacts, files, messages, browsing history, advertising ID or payment details. There is no free-text chat between players.
3. How we use it
- To run the game's online features: duels, friends, leagues, leaderboards and challenges.
- To calculate duel ratings and keep matches fair.
- To back up and restore your progress if you sign in with Google.
- To send notifications you have turned on.
We don't use your data for advertising or profiling, and we don't sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
4. Service providers
Mathly runs on Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Hosting). Google processes this data on our behalf, on servers in the United States. All data is encrypted in transit. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
5. How long we keep it
- Online match records: deleted automatically, usually within a few hours.
- Duel invites: expire after a few minutes.
- Profile, scores, friends and cloud save: kept until you delete your account.
6. Your choices and rights
- Play offline: everything except online features works without an account.
- Notifications: turn them off in Settings or in your phone's settings.
- Block any player from sending you friend requests or invites.
- Delete your account: Settings → Online profile → Delete account. This removes your profile, scores, friends, invites, online status and cloud save. You can also ask by email; see mathly.si/delete-account.
- Access or correct your data: email us and we'll help.
7. Children
Mathly is a math game that students of all ages can enjoy. Online features are optional, show only a username and the details listed above, and have no chat. If you are a parent and believe your child shared data with us that you want removed, email ignitetech.care@gmail.com and we will delete it.
8. This website
mathly.si uses no cookies and no analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
9. Changes
If we change how Mathly handles data, for example by adding new features, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change reaches the app.
