Delete your account

You can delete your Mathly account and its online data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Mathly and go to Settings.
2. Under Online profile, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

By email

No longer have the app? Email ignitetech.care@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Mathly account". Include your Mathly username, or the Google email you signed in with. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your online profile: username, photo and country
• Your leaderboard, league and duel rating entries
• Friends, friend requests, blocks, duel invites and online status
• Your cloud save
• Notification tokens and your sign-in account

Finished match records are already deleted automatically within hours. Progress stored only on your phone stays there until you uninstall the app or reset it in Settings.

Delete some data, keep playing

To remove only part of your data (for example your profile photo), change it in the app or email us and we'll help.
